Outstanding customer Service !!! Mike Althouse, the store manager, was exceedingly polite, helpful, and professional. So too, the service technician, Josh Anderson, took the time to correct my front end alignment issues, and explain why it was pulling to the right. United Tire is most fortunate to have such outstanding and professional employee of their caliber on your staff. Outstanding Service !!!!
I dropped my car off this morning for a state inspection. I needed that done, along with two new back tires and a new back alignment. Everyone there is very nice. My only complaint is that no one gave me a courtesy call about the update with my car. Otherwise, thank you guys!
Great place to have your vehicles worked on. I feel the managers are honest and trustworthy. I have been going to this store since 2002.
