Brought my Audi Q7 from the Audi West Chester dealership/service in order to get a second opinion. I chose this place based on the thousands of positive reviews. Have been very pleased with the level of professionalism and outstanding customer service I’ve received so far. Labor prices are very reasonable, and it’s great to know that their techs/mechanics have all been working here for several years. They did a great job with my vehicle and I’ve since brought my Acura MDX in for service and tires as well. It is very hard to find a trustworthy auto service, but I feel confident to say that you’ll find comfort and peace of mind in bringing your vehicle here. I certainly do.

United Tire East Caln handles both of our cars. Chris and Frank are fair and the pictures and assessments they send through text message before they call with your repair results are really helpful! It's always done when they say it'll be. I recommend this shop.

I bought a new Goodyear Assurance p225/55/r17 tire from United Tire on 11/4/2021 through EBay (I live outside Huntsville, AL). The tire arrived 3 days later in brand new condition. The BEST part is that their price was the lowest on EBay! They’re 5 stars. Truth.
