I had the fortunate opportunity to work with Bill at United Tire in West Chester In no way is this is 1st Rodeo! He certainly knows the auto service business and loves his customers!. In my short time in the lounge area, you see Bill and his staff treat each person (the staff as well) with exceptional respect and courtesy. Even with his mask on you see his smile and everyone returns their appreciation! West Chester is blessed to have Bill caring safety by maintaining for their vehicles. 5 stars
This out-of-towner was visiting Concordville to tend to an elderly, very ill parent when my tire became irreparably damaged - a stressor i did not need. Pete Getz had a new tire ordered and installed in less than 24 hours. Good service, for sure. BUT IN ADDITION... Pete willingly navigated through my tire warranty provisions to submit a claim for me and accepted direct payment from the insurer. He did this even though the tire and warranty was purchased from a dealer back home, and Pete's shop is not affiliated with the warranty. This took extra time and effort and reflects a level of service I consider to be outstanding. I was, after all, just a one-time walk-in customer. I can only imagine how well he must take care of his regulars. I am grateful to Pete and his staff for their honorable service and kindness in resolving the issue for me, making a stressful situation have the best possible outcome. If I lived in the area I definitely would be a regular customer.
